Monday, May 14 and Tuesday, May 15 - Senior Checkout sheets will be ready for pick-up on in the lower commons during all lunches.  Seniors will have the week to return textbooks and library books, pay fees and fines, and obtain signatures from athletics, activities and security. 


Tuesday, May 15 through Thursday, May 17 – Students may return their textbooks in the lower main hallway. 


Monday, May 21 - Complete the checkout process with the senior deans and counselors.  Checkout times and procedures:


  • Senior Checkout Timeline
    • 7:30 a.m. – A, L, M
    • 8:00 a.m. – B, N, O, P
    • 8:30 a.m. – C, D, Q, R
    • 9:00 a.m. – E, F, S
    • 9:30 a.m. – G, H, T, U, V
    • 10:00 a.m. – I, J, K, W, Y, Z

  • Seniors will see bookkeepers after signatures are complete and proceed to Counseling hallway.

  • Deans will review Checkout form for signatures, distribute grade reports, and send to the counselor.

  • Counselors will perform grade and credit checks.

  • Records will hand out cumulative files and collect checkout sheet.

  • Pick-up Graduation tickets (if not already picked up).
