New Students:

All students must be registered via the District Admissions office prior to attending school. Please go to the Admissions webpage and follow the registration details. Once they are enrolled with the district, we will be notified within 24 hours and will be reaching out with next steps once we have the needed information to get your student scheduled.

Transcripts for Current GHS Students

Visit the Post-Grad center next to Counseling to request transcripts.

Alumni Transcripts

Please fill out this Google Form if you would like an unofficial transcript or to have an official transcript be sent to a school or entity like the military. *Please note, we do not release official transcripts to students/guardians.

Official and Unofficial Transcripts are FREE for Alumni. 

*We do not reprint diplomas. This is for transcript requests only.*

Education Verifications:

Please submit all Education Verification Requests with a signed release for Grandview High School graduates through the Parchment website.

 

Student's Withdrawing:

To withdraw a student from Grandview High School, guardians please email Grandview Student Records to complete a withdrawal form. Students must return all computers/chargers, books, calculators, and settle any outstanding fines.

Students will not be officially withdrawn from Grandview High School until a Confirmation of Enrollment form is received from the new institution. Once the withdrawal form is completed and the Confirmation of Enrollment is received, the student will be removed from Grandview High School, and records will be sent directly to the new institution.
