Back to School Night
Grandview High School Families,
Grandview High School is excited to invite you to our annual Back-to-School Night on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. This will be an evening full of connection, celebration, and community spirit! Let's kick off the new school year by meeting the teachers, exploring the building, enjoying delicious food truck eats, and learning how we’re setting the stage for an incredible 2025–2026 school year
The schedule of the evening is as follows:
Community Event
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Lower Commons and Outside Patio (in case of inclement weather our Cafeteria will be available)
Come early to enjoy the following:
- Food trucks (bring your appetite!)
- Parent information tables
- Grandview gear from the Student Store
- Athletic and activity booths!
- Musical Performance by our GHS Wolf Pride Band
- A chance for your students to reconnect with old friends and meet new ones

NEW Help Us Stock the GHS Wolfpack Pantry! Do you have any canned goods in your pantry? Help make a difference! GHS is launching its first-ever food pantry this year, and we need YOUR help to keep it stocked. Bring your donations to the GHS Food Pantry table on Tuesday night to drop off donations, learn more, or find out how to request items from the GHS Wolfpack Pantry. Bring any canned fruits, vegetables, non-perishable snacks, cups of macaroni and cheese, pasta, peanut butter & jelly, bread, powdered milk, can openers, paper products, sponges, and dish soap on Tuesday night. Please see the attached flyer for more info. Your support helps students and families in need, and it’s a great way to give back to our community!

Are you NEW to Grandview? This welcome session is for YOU. Hear from school leaders and get the inside scoop on what makes our Wolf Pack strong. This is geared toward families of freshmen and new students.

Walk through your student’s A Day and B Day schedules and meet their teachers. Each teacher will share a snapshot of the curriculum and goals for the year. (Please note: this night is not for individual conferences; reach out separately for those conversations.)
Note: You will receive your student’s schedule by email. Please print it out or have it handy on your phone. Remember, you will visit A Day classes first, then B Day classes, even if that’s not how it appears in PowerSchool. We will have our incredible GHS students positioned throughout the building to help guide you along the way!
