PowerSchool - Student Grades & Attendance
After you register your student, you should receive an email with directions to create a password.
Please follow these steps if you do not receive an email:
- Go to my.cherrycreekschools.org
- Enter your email address and select forgot password (even though you do not have one set yet)
- Enter a password and the SMS authentication (text message to your phone number on file)
Once logged in, you can make sure your PowerSchool is set up to receive notifications about your student’s attendance and grades.
- Step 1: Click the PowerSchool/Parent Forms Application
- Step 2: On the left side panel, click Email Notifications.
- Step 3: Select what notifications you would like to receive.
Update Parent/Guardian Contact Information
If you need to update your contact information or add another contact, do the following:
- Step 1: Log in to your my.cherrycreekschools account.
- Step 2: Click the Guardian Update Tile on the homepage.
On this page you can update phone numbers, email addresses, and add additional contacts.
Schoology - Students Classroom Pages
Schoology is where you can see information for each class your student is in.
Teachers post notes, copies of assignments, videos, calendar of classroom assessments, and more.
To access your student’s Schoology:
- Go to my.cherrycreekschools.org.
- When you are signed in, find the Schoology: Parents tile.
Then at the top, click courses and tiles from each of your child’s courses will appear for you to click on and explore. If you have more the one student, on the far right, if you click the current students name, a drop down should appear to allow you to change between students.
Athletic Registration: required if your student is playing a sport
Students interested in playing a sport must complete the following in order to be eligible to participate:
- Students need an updated physical; physicals are only active for 12 months.
- All physicals for the 2025-26 athletic season must be on the CHSAA PPE form for athletes to be cleared for participation. Click here to access the form.
- Students will need to complete the online Athletics Registration. Click here to register
